Processing & Cut-Off

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Peak launches or holidays may extend to 3–4 business days.
  • Order cut-off for same-day processing: 2:00 PM Central Time (CT).
  • Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends/holidays process next business day.

U.S. Shipping Options

  • Standard 3–6 business days $6.95 or Free over $150
  • Expedited 2–3 business days $14.95
  • Express 1–2 business days $29.95

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. PO Boxes ship via USPS; Express not available to PO Box addresses.

International Shipping

  • Canada 6–10 business days From $14.95
  • UK & EU 7–12 business days From $19.95
  • AU / NZ 8–14 business days From $24.95
  • Rest of World 10–16 business days From $29.95

Duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order leaves our facility.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to display updates after the label is created.
  • Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels; each parcel will have its own tracking.

Additional Shipping Policies

  • Address changes: Contact support with your order number ASAP. We can update addresses before fulfillment only.
  • Failed delivery / Return to sender: We can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus original shipping after the parcel returns to us.
  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement after the estimated delivery window (10 business days US / 20 business days INTL), contact us within 30 days for assistance.
  • Damaged on arrival: Report within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the box, shipping label, and item.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS. Delivery can take 10–20+ business days depending on location and processing.
  • Pre‑orders & drops: Pre‑order items ship on or around the stated release window. Orders containing pre‑orders may ship together when all items are ready, or in split shipments at our discretion.
  • Holiday & peak season: Carriers may experience delays. Please allow a few extra days during major holidays and special releases.
  • Shipping protection: Optional package protection may be offered at checkout; if declined, recourse for loss/theft may be limited to carrier claims.

Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking email once dispatched. During peak launches or holidays, allow 3–4 business days.
Can I change the delivery address?
We can modify addresses before the order is fulfilled. Contact support immediately with your order number and the corrected address. We cannot alter addresses after shipment.
Do you require a signature?
Most orders do not require a signature. High-value orders may require one at our discretion for security. If you need special delivery instructions, contact the carrier once a label is created.
Will I pay customs/import fees?
International customers may be charged duties and taxes by their local customs office. These fees are not charged by EricEmanuelHoodie.net and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to refresh. If there’s no scan for 5+ business days, contact us. For potential loss, wait until the carrier’s estimated window has passed (10 business days US / 20 business days INTL) before filing a claim.
What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages are treated as returns to sender. Once received back, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus shipping fees.
