Return Window & Eligibility
Most items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date your order is marked delivered.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed with no odors, marks, or alterations
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Submit a request via the “Start a Return” button or email us at [email protected].
- Include your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and reason.
- We’ll reply with instructions and a return authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Once approved, ship your return within 7 days of receiving RMA instructions.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund or store credit. Direct exchanges may be available for certain items and sizes subject to stock.
Refunds
- Inspection time: 2–3 business days after the return is delivered to us
- Refund method: Original payment method or store credit per your request
- Processing: 3–7 business days depending on your bank/card issuer
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made a mistake

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will prioritize a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and we’ll cover return shipping for approved claims.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, altered, or soiled items
- Items missing original tags/packaging
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer is responsible for return shipping on standard returns
- We recommend a trackable service and keeping your receipt
- Approved defective/wrong item returns receive a prepaid label
- No restocking fee for standard returns in original condition
International Returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items. Please mark shipments as “Return to sender” when possible to avoid import duties. Any customs fees we incur may be deducted from your refund.
